ISF NET Introduces Practical Training Program to Develop Next-Generation Business Leaders

(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Yukiyoshi Watanabe, hereinafter ISF NET) will introduce the practical training program "Next Generation Business Leader Training Program 2026" provided by Shinstar Inc., starting April 2026, aimed at developing leaders for next-generation general manager and executive roles.

◆ Background of Introduction: Organizational Transformation and Evolution into a "Strategic Partner" In today's rapidly changing business environment, the presence of leaders who can strategically and reliably achieve business goals is essential for companies to achieve sustainable growth. Furthermore, as the organization expands, collaboration beyond departmental barriers and rapid problem-solving are required.

Against this backdrop, ISF NET has adopted Shinstar's program, which comprehensively covers everything from logical thinking necessary for business to the ability to involve others, as the pillar of its next-generation leader development.

◆ Features of the Training Program and Skills to be Strengthened In this program, selected leadership candidates will undergo 12 intensive lectures and workshops over an approximately 9-month period from April to December 2026, focusing on strengthening the following four skills:
