There, he held successive positions such as Executive IT Strategist and CIO, overseeing the company's overall digital strategy and IT infrastructure. After joining Arthur Andersen & Company (now Accenture Japan Ltd.), he became a partner and later served as Managing Director, Head of the Communications, Media & Technology operating group. He focused on the high-tech manufacturing industry, engaging in management strategy, IT, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and participated in 43 projects for 12 companies. In 2015, he joined Hitachi, Ltd., where he promoted the advancement of management and IT as an Executive IT Strategist. Later, as a Vice President and Executive Officer, he was involved in promoting the Social Innovation Business and oversaw business units in the industry and distribution sectors. He served as Senior Vice President and Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Head of the Global Front Business Division. Furthermore, as Chief One Hitachi Promotions Officer, he led the company-wide transformation project 'One Hitachi.' In 2021, as CIO and General Manager of the IT Digital Strategy Division, he was responsible for overseeing the company's overall digital strategy and IT infrastructure.
