At the Italian Grill 'Melodia' in the luxury hotel The Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental in Shinagawa, we will be offering a limited-time 'Mango Afternoon Tea' to celebrate the arrival of early summer, available from May 1st (Fri) to June 30th (Tue). The menu features a variety of sweets that capture the freshness and depth of early summer, including a smooth mango pudding topped with luxurious Miyazaki mangoes, and orangettes coated in smoky chocolate to be dipped in a sweet and sour mango & passion fruit sauce. For savory items, we have prepared a lineup with light and fresh flavors, such as a chicken patty with rich guacamole accented with dried mango, and a shrimp roll featuring the refreshing acidity of pico de gallo combined with mango mayonnaise.
