Interactive Co., Ltd. (HQ: Ginowan, Okinawa; President: Takahide Usui) and Evoliv, Inc. (HQ: Kumamoto, Kumamoto; CEO: Kai Nagaki) announced on May 20, 2026, that they have entered into a business partnership aimed at supporting recruitment for companies within Kumamoto Prefecture and strengthening the transmission of job information to the youth demographic.

Through this partnership, the companies will integrate 'Job Antenna Kumamoto,' a job matching service specialized for Kumamoto provided by Interactive, with 'Kumariku,' a recruitment promotion SNS account operated by Evoliv. This will provide a seamless experience for young job seekers, from receiving information that deepens understanding of companies to the actual application and job hunting process.

Background of the Partnership In Kumamoto Prefecture, the nominal gross prefectural product for fiscal year 2023 was 6.7237 trillion yen (up 1.8% year-on-year), and per capita prefectural income was 2,928,000 yen (up 2.7% year-on-year), indicating a resilient regional economy. However, in the employment market, the active job opening ratio (seasonally adjusted) as of February 2026 stood at 1.13 times, continuing a situation where companies find it difficult to secure talent. Furthermore, the use of SNS in job hunting among the youth is increasing; 59.6% of students graduating in 2025 reported using SNS for job hunting, emphasizing the growing importance of SNS in recruitment PR.

Objectives of the Partnership 1. Expansion of awareness via SNS: Promoting deeper understanding by using short videos to complement the image of working at companies. 2. Optimization of the pipeline from SNS to application: Facilitating a smooth transition by directing interested candidates from 'Kumariku' to 'Job Antenna Kumamoto.' 3.
