X Games Chiba 2026: Announcing 77 Athletes from 17 Countries and Event Schedule for Skateboarding, BMX, and Moto X

## Dawn of a New Era in Action Sports
Action sports are entering a new era. Starting this year, in addition to traditional individual competitions, the new team-based 'X Games League (XGL)' will launch. Competitors will vie for both individual and team glory.

The second round, 'X Games Chiba 2026,' will be held on July 4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun) at Makuhari Messe. Set in Chiba, a premier entertainment hub in Japan, the event will feature world-class athletes in skateboarding, BMX, and Moto X, complemented by music concerts, food festivals, and interactive fan experiences.

## 15 Events Across 3 Disciplines and Integration with Music
A record-breaking 15 events across 3 disciplines will be contested. Going beyond simple sports viewing, the event creates a live performance atmosphere by integrating DJ sets and music concerts. On July 4th, the seven-member group IMP. will perform, featuring the tournament's official theme song, 'BAM-BOO.'

The final day, July 5th, will feature high-stakes battles including Men's and Women's Skateboarding Park and the Men's BMX Park Best Trick, promising high-difficulty performances. A Moto X demonstration is also scheduled, ensuring an unforgettable final day.

## World's Top Athletes Assemble
77 top athletes from 17 countries are set to compete. The Men's Skateboarding Street competition features Sora Shirai (XC Tokyo), Jagger Eaton, and Jamie Foy. The Women's Skateboarding Street features Paris Olympic gold medalist Cocona Hiraki, Momiji Nishiya, and Rizu Akama. The Park disciplines will host Olympic medalists including Keegan Palmer, Arisa Trew, and Sky Brown. From Japan's own Moto Shibata to global icons, the world's best will collide in Chiba.
