There are 15 cats living at Washinmura. Sometimes, they wander into your room through the small windows (only available in traditional houses and Nagayamon gates). They might sleep on your futon or relax on your stomach, and some guests say they couldn't sleep enough because the cats were too cute. Please note that cats are fickle and may not always visit your room. We recommend booking your spring break or graduation trip via our official website. ⚠️ Regarding animal treats: Under the guidance of a veterinarian, we ask that you refrain from bringing store-bought treats as it is difficult to manage their ingredients for the cats' health. If you wish to give them treats, please purchase them at the Washinmura shop. We offer carefully selected, additive-free, domestic-made treats in limited quantities. Thank you for your cooperation.
