Background Behind the 5th-Place Recognition in Kyushu-Okinawa

INREVO’s recognition stems from its continuous improvements on both policy and operational fronts to address organizational challenges that emerged during rapid expansion, despite being a fully remote startup in its fourth year of operation. The company has advanced the development of employee benefits, evaluation systems, and internal training programs, while continuously reviewing the work environment to build an organization where employees can confidently take on challenges.

Additionally, the company believes its efforts in supporting businesses across Japan facing recruitment challenges through its recruitment support service "Hitotore Saiyo" have also contributed to this recognition. By increasing headcount under a fully remote model, INREVO has been able to support more client companies and expand its range of solutions tailored to individual business needs, aligning with its business growth.

To support business expansion, INREVO promotes a company culture built on the principles of "Just Do It First," "Speak Up First," and "Correct It First," aiming for a society where innovative technologies and compelling businesses receive fair recognition. By embedding these values into daily operations, the company has successfully balanced a comfortable work environment with one that encourages risk-taking—factors that contributed directly to this recognition.

High-Scoring Items in Employee Surveys

INREVO’s internal employee survey revealed particularly high ratings in the following areas:

The company offers unique benefits and advantages

Employees are encouraged to maintain a work-life balance

Employees are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation

The company views these results as evidence that its initiatives in policy development and organizational management have effectively reached and resonated with employees.

Moving forward, the company will further strengthen its ability to proactively develop systems and operations that keep pace with—or stay ahead of—business growth and organizational scaling, continuing to improve the work environment.

In particular, INREVO emphasizes maintaining an environment where every employee can confidently perform while simultaneously expanding opportunities for growth and challenge. The company believes that sustaining an organization where employees gain both satisfaction and a sense of growth through daily work is key to continuously enhancing workplace fulfillment.

About the Regional 'Best Workplaces in Japan' Rankings

The regional 'Best Workplaces in Japan' rankings identify top-performing companies with exceptional workplace standards within each of Japan’s six regions (excluding companies headquartered in Tokyo), selected from the national list of certified Great Places to Work. Companies that enter the national 'Best Workplaces in Japan' ranking are automatically eligible for the regional rankings.

<Survey Content> The 'Best Workplaces' survey consists of two types of questionnaires based on GPTW’s 'Inclusive Great Place to Work Model': ・Employee Survey: 60 multiple-choice questions, 2 open-ended questions, and 8 demographic/awareness questions, answered anonymously by employees ・Company Survey: Companies respond with detailed information about corporate culture, policies, and HR initiatives (recruitment, leadership communication, employee feedback, talent development, diversity, work-life balance, social/community contributions, etc.)

<Scoring Methodology> ・The percentage of positive responses to the multiple-choice questions in the employee survey is calculated as a score.
