(Location: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director: Ritsuki Miyoshi), starting July 8, 2026 (Wed).

"FitDesign AI" is a service that allows fitness facilities such as gyms, yoga studios, Pilates studios, and boxing gyms to generate and manage promotional images for membership campaigns, trial reservations, event announcements, LINE messages, and social media posts, tailored to their brand.

The service incorporates the expertise of VERSE Inc. in advertising, sales promotion, digital marketing, flyer production, and distribution planning, and is designed with a promotional creation workflow that is easy to use in the fitness facility setting.

Additionally, "FitDesign AI" will be demonstrated at the comprehensive fitness exhibition "SPORTEC 2026," to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 8, 2026 (Wed) to July 10, 2026 (Fri), at the booth of Doricos Inc.

At the venue, attendees can see the entire process of generating web banners, Instagram posts, and flyer images based on store logos and brand colors, right on the spot.

Development Background

Fitness facilities require continuous promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, trial reservations, membership drives, and event announcements.

However, especially for small gyms, personal training studios, and yoga/Pilates studios, owners and managers often juggle customer service, training instruction, facility management, and social media updates, making it difficult to allocate sufficient time for creating promotional materials.

While general-purpose design tools offer high flexibility, consistently managing copy creation that suits the business type, maintaining brand color consistency, adhering to regulations like the Premiums and Representations Act and the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, and reusing past creations can place a significant burden on daily operations.

"FitDesign AI" was developed with the aim of providing a simple creation environment that can be used without hesitation by focusing on three essential functions for fitness facility promotions: Brand Kit, AI Generation, and Library.

In its development, we collaborated with VERSE Inc., a marketing company, to design a service that aligns with the practicalities of store customer acquisition and promotional material production.

Logos, brand colors, fonts, tone, forbidden words, and industry type can be registered in advance.

Registered brand information is automatically reflected in subsequent generations, making it easier to maintain the store's worldview even with staff changes and to unify brand image across multiple stores.

Furthermore, by entering the store's website URL, logos, color schemes, and tone & manner can be automatically imported.

Register logos, colors, tone, and forbidden words for automatic reflection in all generations.

2. "AI Generation" Specialized for Fitness Use

Supports frequently used formats in fitness facilities, such as web banners, Instagram posts/stories, A4 flyers (β), in-store posters, and images for LINE distribution.

By entering the campaign name, objective, appeal points, and duration, multiple design and copy options are generated at once.

Promotional materials can be created according to common on-site objectives such as membership promotion, trial reservations, campaign announcements, event announcements, and LINE registration promotion.

Generate multiple design and copy options simply by selecting the objective and medium.

Generate revised versions on the spot by simply circling the desired area and providing a brief instruction.

3. "Library" to Store and Reuse Created Promotional Materials

Generated images are automatically saved in the library and can be searched by campaign name, template type, generation date, favorites, etc.

There is no need to recreate from scratch when reusing past promotional materials or updating seasonal campaign details.

Furthermore, for businesses operating multiple stores, headquarters or specific store libraries can be shared with other stores, which can then be used as a basis for creation.
