InnoJin Inc. to Exhibit at the 130th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Ophthalmological Society Equipment Exhibition

InnoJin Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo), a university-launched startup, will exhibit at the equipment exhibition of the 130th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Ophthalmological Society, held from Thursday, April 9 to Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Fukuoka International Congress Center and Marine Messe Fukuoka Halls A and B.

At our booth (Booth No. 60), we will introduce the following two technologies as new solutions supporting next-generation ophthalmic care.

1. VR-based Program Medical Device for Pediatric Amblyopia Training (Unapproved in Japan)
The exhibited medical device is a program that trains pediatric amblyopia through game experiences in a VR space. It adopts a mechanism where children can naturally become engrossed while having fun. This is expected not only to improve treatment efficacy through continuous training but also to reduce the psychological and time burdens on parents.

Main features:
- Enables stereoscopic vision training utilizing hand-eye coordination
- Allows for the creation of individually optimized treatment plans through usage time recording functions
- Expands possibilities for application in medical settings by visualizing training content and results

2. 'Dry Eye Checker', a Smartphone App-type Program Medical Device for Assisting Dry Eye Diagnosis (Unapproved in Japan)
The Dry Eye Checker is a smartphone app that can assist in diagnosing dry eye by measuring the maximum eye-opening time and inputting a simple questionnaire. We are proceeding with development aiming to make it the first program medical device in ophthalmology.

Main features:
- Blink detection using the smartphone camera (measurement of maximum eye-opening time)
- Recording of subjective symptoms via a dry eye disease-specific questionnaire
- Data-driven assistance for dry eye diagnosis
*The Dry Eye Checker is a technology currently under development, and a prototype will be introduced at the exhibition.

[InnoJin's Challenge for Next-Generation Ophthalmic Care Support]
In this exhibition, we are introducing two new visual care solutions: a VR-based program medical device for pediatric amblyopia training and a smartphone app-type program medical device for assisting dry eye diagnosis (both unapproved in Japan).

InnoJin aims to provide medical solutions that are highly convenient and practical for medical institutions and patients. Moving forward, we will further strengthen our collaboration with clinical settings and promote evidence-based development to realize more reliable diagnostic and training support tools.
