Ingage Participates in YOUTRUST's 'Spring YOUTRUST Campaign': Hosting a Special Training on Engineer Survival Strategies in the AI Era on May 20

As part of this campaign, Ingage will hold a special training session titled 'AI x Engineer Amazing Training: Engineer Survival Strategy in the AI Era'. Ingage is participating in this project and will hold the 'AI x Engineer Amazing Training: Engineer Survival Strategy in the AI Era' on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Currently, with the rapid spread of generative AI and AI agents, there is growing anxiety among engineers that 'jobs might disappear in the future'. On the other hand, an increasing number of engineers are using AI as a weapon to dramatically accelerate product development, making the approach to technology a crossroads in their careers. Welcoming Yukihiro Matsumoto, the creator of Ruby, as a technical advisor, Ingage has built a development culture where engineers take the lead. We decided to participate in this project to share specific knowledge for surviving the AI era from the forefront of product development supporting over 6,000 companies, and to provide a place where engineers with the same concerns can connect with each other.
