This space will feature our first AI customer service system, establishing a new exhibition and customer service style where AI handles customer interactions. Previously, Miratap opened the Yokohama Smart Showroom* with remote customer service in 2022 and the Sapporo Smart Showroom* with avatar customer service in 2023, progressively evolving its unmanned operation service model. With the introduction of the AI customer service system this time, remote staff will no longer be necessary, realizing fully unmanned operation for the first time.
