Miratap Inc. (Location: Osaka City), which sells housing equipment online, will open a permanent exhibition space in the lifestyle-proposal showroom 'WELLBE Minoh HDC BOX', opening on Saturday, April 4, 2026. In this space, we will introduce our first AI customer service system, establishing a new exhibition and customer service style driven by AI. We have progressively evolved our unmanned customer service models by opening the Yokohama Smart Showroom* with remote service in 2022, and the Sapporo Smart Showroom* with avatar service in 2023. With the introduction of this AI customer service system, remote staff will also be unnecessary, realizing fully unmanned operations for the first time.

Overview of the Exhibition Space 'WELLBE Minoh HDC BOX' is a facility that gathers items coloring living spaces, such as housing equipment, building materials, furniture, and lighting, featuring brands from 8 domestic and international companies. In our exhibition space, we fuse a museum-inspired spatial design with our first AI customer service system to realize fully unmanned customer service. We have carefully selected a lineup of 12 products, including the new product 'Inviera Built-in Refrigerator', the long-selling system kitchen 'Witte', and the washstand 'Fioretto'. This space can be used freely without reservations during the business hours of 'WELLBE Minoh'.

About the AI Customer Service System Our first-ever AI employee, 'Mira Nina', will be in charge of serving visitors. She has learned product information listed on our e-commerce site and will answer visitors' questions in real time, such as product specifications and color variations. Since it does not require a reservation and is always available, you can consult without waiting time even when it is crowded.
