Overview
Inesas Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Hideyuki Yoshimura; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the contractor for the operation of the "Hiroshima City Small and Medium Enterprise Worker Mutual Aid Program (DoPre)" following a public proposal process conducted by Hiroshima City. The Company will begin operating this program in April 2026.
This program is a highly public-interest mutual aid initiative aimed at improving worker welfare and stabilizing employment in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing welfare services to workers employed at SMEs within Hiroshima City and their families.
We believe our selection is a comprehensive recognition of our track record in operating community-based welfare programs, our expertise, our stable and continuous operational structure, and our commitment to improving service quality from the user's perspective.
With the goal of "enhancing the connection between people working in the region, local companies, and the community, and contributing to the realization of a sustainable local society," the Company has been developing community-based welfare services.
In this program as well, we will strive for stable and smooth operations in cooperation with Hiroshima City, and aim to contribute further to the local community by continuously working to improve convenience for members and maintain and enhance service quality.

Services: 1. Coupons: Coupons usable at local stores (approx. 1,700 stores in Hiroshima Prefecture), such as restaurants and movie theaters. 2. Gift Certificates: Issuance of 500-yen gift certificates for commercial facilities every month. 3. Sports Tickets: Lottery sales and distribution of tickets for popular teams at member-exclusive prices. 4. Present Campaigns: Monthly campaigns where members can win home appliances, local products, etc. 5. Mental Health Care: Consultation and counseling services regarding health provided by specialists and nurses.
Eligibility for Membership: Small and medium-sized enterprises and business owners with their head office in Hiroshima City.
Costs: 1. Membership Fees: - Monthly payment: 550 yen (excluding tax) per account/month - Annual lump-sum payment: 500 yen (excluding tax) per account/month 2. Enrollment Fee (First year only): - 1–10 accounts: 20,000 yen (excluding tax) - 11–100 accounts: 30,000 yen (excluding tax) - 101–300 accounts: 100,000 yen (excluding tax)
