INDUSTRIAL-X Inc. The Company has previously supported data-driven transformation through corporate DX and AI utilization. The new system announced this time is the final form of corporate organization for a new era where AI takes center stage in the workforce, freeing humans from "tasks" and enabling them to continuously update all industries as a "will for transformation" armed with the intelligence of one million people.

Background of the Initiative

Traditional corporate organizations have required centralized, pyramid-shaped "management" for information sharing, decision-making, and resource management. However, with the dramatic evolution of AI technology, where AI agents can autonomously perform much of the complex coordination and practical work, the old hierarchical structure has become a bottleneck hindering the speed of transformation.

Content of the Initiative

Under this system, each owner will develop an "AI Full-Tune Business" targeting all industries through the following mechanisms:

   A "1 million AI skill database" structured with expert skills, specialized knowledge, and tacit knowledge from manufacturing, logistics, construction, retail, and all other industries will be made available to all owners. By synchronizing this vast knowledge with their AI agents, each owner can identify issues with the same resolution as an expert with decades of experience, even in unfamiliar industries, and derive optimal transformation proposals in 0.1 seconds.
