Founded by Tokyo University, Incerto LLC Established to Provide End-to-End Support for AI Implementation and Development to Address Corporate Management Challenges

Incerto LLC (Headquarters: Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Aoto Sato) announces its establishment as a company that supports corporate business improvement and system development through AI system development and AI Agents implementation and accompaniment support. As a technology team originating from the University of Tokyo, launched primarily by members enrolled in the University of Tokyo Graduate School, we will address corporate management challenges from both academic and practical perspectives.

Incerto aims to serve as an external technology team for companies, taking on everything from issue discovery to proposal and implementation, with development speed and productivity as its strengths in the AI era where high productivity can be achieved even with a small number of people. Compared to traditional development systems, its strength lies in being able to proceed from launch to implementation faster and at a lower cost. Rather than just developing in response to customer requests, we emphasize running alongside our customers to identify areas for improvement and shape countermeasures.

■ Background: While AI utilization advances, establishing it in practical operations remains a challenge

While attention to generative AI and AI Agents is increasing, there are many cases in corporate frontlines where it stops at implementation consideration or PoC (Proof of Concept) and does not progress to actual operation. Particularly in mid-sized, small, and regional companies that run operations with limited personnel, while feeling the necessity of AI utilization, a lack of consultation contacts and concerns about operational burdens after implementation can become barriers.

All founding members of Incerto are from regional areas, and we view the challenges faced by regional companies—such as labor shortages, personalization of tasks (dependency on specific individuals), and delays in digitalization, including in Shizuoka Prefecture, the representative's hometown—as issues close to ourselves. That is precisely why Incerto considers implementing the power of AI not only in advanced urban companies but also in regional frontlines as one of its important themes.

■ Features of Incerto: Issue-driven and Frontline-first

Incerto was established with the purpose of not letting AI implementation end as mere technical verification, but advancing it to implementation in a way that directly links to solving management challenges.

To achieve this, rather than passively creating what is requested by customers, we support from the stage of issue setting by identifying what the true bottleneck is, while taking into account the workflow, organizational constraints, and connections with existing systems.

In particular, Incerto emphasizes a process of deeply entering the customer's frontline and creating value while going back and forth between issue understanding and implementation. This is a concept that aligns with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) advocated by Palantir. Neither mere AI consulting nor mere contract development, we aim to be a "technology partner that stays until results are achieved on the frontline."

To advance companies' AI utilization, Incerto primarily provides support in the following three forms.

1) Design and Development of AI Systems

We design and develop systems that incorporate AI into corporate operations and products.
From AI systems for internal business operations to data integration and centralization platforms, we provide optimal solutions tailored to customer challenges.

2) AI Agents Implementation and Accompaniment Support

For purposes such as utilizing internal knowledge, automating routine tasks, and supporting the operation of multiple systems, we support the implementation and operational design of AI Agents like OpenClaw and Claude Code.
We do not merely introduce tools, but design how to integrate them into actual business workflows.

3) External AI Development Team / AI Technical Advisor

On a monthly subscription basis, as an external technology team for companies / CTO as a Service , we provide end-to-end accompaniment from bouncing off business ideas to technology selection, implementation, and operation.
By continuously catching up on the latest AI, providing technical consultation, PoC development, and technology selection, we serve as a development team for companies without an internal engineering organization, and as a reinforcement and acceleration role for companies with existing development organizations.

The founding members have previously worked on themes deeply related to frontline operations, such as supporting calculation verification in medical institutions, streamlining accounting reconciliation in the manufacturing industry, and automating routine processing in professional services.
At Incerto, based on these past support experiences, we provide support for issues that easily lead directly to cost reduction and profit improvement.

Incerto's team is characterized by the fact that while everyone is a full-stack engineer, they also handle issue organization and consulting on the actual frontline.
Rather than just writing code, we understand the structure of the customer's business and decision-making, enter from the proposal stage if necessary, and consistently proceed through design, implementation, and improvement.

In addition, centered around members enrolled in the University of Tokyo Graduate School, we are building a system that connects business and academia while incorporating academic perspectives such as AI, mechanism design, and law.
By considering not only the novelty of technology but also institutions, decision-making, and organizational operations, we emphasize incorporating it into a form that functions on the frontline.

■ Intern Recruitment

At Incerto, we are recruiting student interns to be involved in AI development and business improvement projects.

With AI-driven development using tools like Claude Code and Codex, implementation speed and learning efficiency are changing significantly. Under this premise, we provide experience in handling everything from issue setting to implementation and improvement, rather than mere coding, and welcome students interested in new development styles.

Therefore, rather than "people with abundant programming experience," Incerto values people who are interested in structurally understanding issues and carrying them through to resolution.

In the startup launch phase, we will provide an environment where you can be involved in a wide range of areas, not only technology but also proposals, design, verification, implementation, and improvement.
