Dejavu 'Eyebrow Color' Launches New 'Smoky Brown' Shade on Wednesday, April 1st! A 'Sophisticated Brown' for Dark Hair that is Dark-Toned but Never Heavy.

Dejavu, a cosmetics brand developed by Imju Corporation (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), will launch 'Smoky Brown,' a new shade for its 'Eyebrow Color' line, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. It will be available at variety stores, drugstores, large supermarkets, and the official Imju online store nationwide.

'Eyebrow Color' coats each hair individually without stiffening the brows, maintaining the natural, soft texture of your own eyebrows.

The new 'Smoky Brown' is a calm, muted brown.

While it is a dark-toned brown, the muted nuance prevents it from looking heavy, creating a natural, effortless look.

With the launch of 'Smoky Brown,' the 'Eyebrow Color' lineup now includes a total of six standard shades.

Among the diverse color lineup—ranging from natural browns to ash, pink, and greige tones—'Smoky Brown' is the darkest shade, making it highly recommended for those with black or dark hair.

Despite being a dark shade for dark hair, we have carefully balanced the brightness and skin-blending properties to ensure the brows do not look heavy or unrefined. The color design is not overly dark, featuring just the right amount of brightness and yellow undertones to blend naturally with the skin. It is a new standard shade that subtly lightens black brows with a soft brown, achieving a sophisticated look.

1. A specialized eyebrow film formula that balances 'soft texture' with 'vibrant color'

In conventional(*1) eyebrow mascaras, the stiff, crunchy finish is caused by the film-forming agents. While essential for film-based products, these agents often compromise the soft texture of the hair.

'Eyebrow Color' uses a micro-film component with smaller particle sizes than conventional products, allowing it to adhere firmly to the hair with a smaller amount, thereby reducing the total film content. This thinner film achieves a soft texture.

Furthermore, to ensure the film membrane itself remains flexible and soft, we have incorporated soft-textured oils and waxes. To visually convey this softness, we have suppressed the typical glossiness of film, resulting in a fluffy finish. The thin film also dries quickly and prevents the brows from clumping.
