To turn the pure desire to "make someone smile" or "create moments where a team becomes one" into a job, one must be a professional who tackles it with more seriousness than anyone else. At IKUSA, we solve the challenges of a wide range of clients, from major corporations to local governments and schools, by leveraging the strengths of "play" (with 1,600 cases annually).

This program was planned with the aim of allowing participants to learn about the event industry, IKUSA's business, and work styles through actual on-site experience. By participating in event preparation and on-site operations, you can experience work that solves problems through "play."

Internship Program Flow

This internship is a step-by-step process, starting with participation in an "Online Company Information Session" followed by "Paid Event Work Experience."

STEP 0: Online Company Information Session (Held July-August)

First, you will deepen your understanding of IKUSA's business content and the job details of each role, such as "Play Consultant," "Event Planner," and "Creative Director," online.

STEP 1: Work Experience (Held July-September)

Participate as staff at IKUSA's event sites nationwide. You will be involved in actual event preparation and operations (※Paid. Participation twice or more is recommended, and participants can join as many times as they wish).

STEP 2: Reflection Report & Feedback (September)

Submit a report with your impressions and suggestions for improvement after participating in the event. After submission, you will receive feedback from HR for your growth.

STEP 3: Final Selection (October-November)

Candidates wishing to proceed will aim for a job offer within the year (early offer) after passing document screening, interviews, and aptitude tests.

"Online Company Information Session" Overview

Guidance for the summer internship will be provided to those who first participate in this information session.

Schedule: July-August 2026 (multiple sessions planned)

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Format: Online

Target Audience: Those expected to graduate or complete their studies in March 2028 (open to all faculties and majors, humanities and sciences)

Capacity: Approximately 15 people per session

Participation Requirements: None (no prior knowledge of the industry or business, or prior experience required)
