~To All Companies Considering Social Contribution~ "Saitama Co-creation Platform - Tama-Sapo CONNECT -" Newly Launched

Tama-Sapo (Saitama Citizen Activities Support Center) has launched the "Saitama Co-creation Platform - Tama-Sapo CONNECT -" to strengthen support for connecting companies, local governments, educational institutions, and financial institutions with NPOs and citizen activity groups.

To commemorate this launch, a press briefing introducing the initiative was held on Thursday, March 19th.

On the day, a kick-off video for Tama-Sapo CONNECT was screened, followed by greetings and a Q&A session with Eiji Nagasawa, Director of the Tama-Sapo Center, and Midori Fujii, Chief Advisor for Tama-Sapo CONNECT.

During the press briefing, the implementation of free consultation sessions was also announced as part of future initiatives.

【Outline of Free Consultation Sessions】

Date: (1) Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

　　　(2) Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Venue: Musashino Bank Main Building 2F, M's SQUARE (5-minute walk from Omiya Station West Exit)

Target: Companies, Local Governments, Educational Institutions, Financial Institutions

Content: Individual consultations with Midori Fujii, Chief Advisor for Tama-Sapo CONNECT.

Notes: Advance reservation required (dates may be adjusted based on reservation status).

Worked for 6 years at the Saitama Prefectural Government as a coordinator connecting NPOs, companies, and administration.

Strengths include practical knowledge gained from experience as an NPO representative and a broad network cultivated by traveling throughout Saitama Prefecture.

Oversees everything from consultation reception to ongoing support.

　There is a growing interest among companies in CSR activities, but we frequently receive consultations from those who say, "I don't know where to start." On the other hand, NPOs and citizen activity groups express a desire to connect with diverse stakeholders. Tama-Sapo CONNECT has been established as the nexus point for both.

　We aim to foster new regional development by connecting companies, local governments, educational institutions, and financial institutions with NPOs and citizen activity groups. By gathering voices from various sectors, we will promote co-creation throughout Saitama Prefecture.
