'Mitsukaru Eikaiwa', an information site specialized in English learning operated by IID, Inc. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroshi Miyagawa, hereinafter IID), conducted a 'Survey on Study Abroad Agents' targeting 138 people who have experience using a study abroad agent.

The purpose of this survey is to clarify the real situations of users, ranging from how they gather information on study abroad agents, the deciding factors for signing a contract, reasons for using paid support, and even communication with the representative. As a result of the survey, it was found that the biggest factor in finally deciding on a study abroad agent is 'compatibility with the counselor'.
