Igarikuri Co., Ltd., which has elevated agricultural products from Hyogo Prefecture into professional-grade syrups, will officially launch its new product, "Craft Yuzu Syrup (Shima Syrup Series)," made from yuzu from the Miyono district of Kamikawa Town, to restaurants and accommodation facilities nationwide from March 2026.

This product is a premium syrup made using a hand-pressing method that pursues "impurity-free transparency," which is difficult to achieve with mechanical pressing. By advocating a new category called "Yuzunade" (Yuzunade: Craft Yuzu Syrup mixed with carbonated water), leveraging the global recognition of "lemonade," the company aims to establish a new standard for "authentic Japanese non-alcoholic experiences" in the inbound market.

One of the first to evaluate this product and incorporate it into his creations is Mr. Choi, the owner bartender of Bar Mimosa Pudica (Kobe City), who has experience in international competitions.

Profile: After starting his career in Kobe, he trained at "D.Bespoke" in Singapore (ranked 13th in Asia's 50 Best Bars at the time). He participated in international competitions representing Singapore. In 2022, he opened his own bar, "Bar Mimosa Pudica," in Sannomiya, Kobe. He is also involved in guest shifts and product production both domestically and internationally.
