Biophilic Studio 'Tsuchi to Digital' has been supporting the field research program as an exploration partner for 'Minerva,' an exploration and creation program launched in May 2024 by Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: Honda), a mobility company, to explore new value that Honda should provide to society.
Minerva is a program for Honda employees to deepen their creative corporate culture, which has been at the core of Honda, and explore their own values through fieldwork and 'Waigaya' (Honda's communication culture where individuals thoroughly exchange opinions beyond their roles to achieve results). In its second year, we were in charge of one of the fields for the theme 'Consider the Relationship Between Humans and Technology.' 'Tsuchi to Digital' worked on this initiative for approximately 6.5 months through the activities of 'Wana Brothers' in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture.
