OfferBox Award 2026 Announced: Celebrating Companies That Achieve Optimal Student-Company Matching

i-plug, Inc. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; CEO: Tomoya Nakano), operator of the graduate offer-based recruitment service 'OfferBox,' has decided to hold the 'OfferBox Award 2026.' Along with this announcement, the company has begun accepting entries from companies for each award category. The OfferBox Award is an event that recognizes companies that have achieved optimal matching between companies and students. Since its release in 2012, OfferBox has supported corporate recruitment with the core belief that 'students should finish their job hunting with genuine satisfaction and take their first step into society.' This sentiment remains unchanged as the service celebrates its 14th anniversary. The OfferBox Award was established with the hope of increasing the number of companies that resonate with OfferBox and working together to improve the graduate recruitment market. In the past, it was held online in 2021 and 2022. Last year, it was held offline for the first time. A total of 17 companies were selected from those that used OfferBox for 2025 graduate recruitment, divided into the 'Best Matching' and 'Area Innovative' categories. On the day of the award ceremony, about 80 HR and recruitment managers gathered to celebrate the winning companies and exchange information through networking. The 'OfferBox Award 2026' ceremony is scheduled for November 17, 2026.
