Our full custom goods production business operates on a vertically integrated business model, where the company takes responsibility for all manufacturing processes, from planning and design to material procurement, production, and logistics. Precisely because the process is complex and highly challenging, even junior employees are required to have a high level of perspective and sense of responsibility as professionals.
Therefore, we are actively systematizing operations through DX (Digital Transformation) to create an environment where employees can focus on "high value-added proposals and manufacturing that only humans can do." In fact, we launched an in-house AI promotion team and implemented a curriculum lasting several months, including approximately 12 hours of video training and monthly meetings. The knowledge gained through training is shared throughout the company and incorporated into daily operations.
