According to review data posted on One Career, this item received the highest score across all stages of the recruitment process: information sessions, internships, and full-time hiring. 1. Realistic simulation of client business proposals. "1-day Practical Selection Session" to experience professional standards

　During the selection process, we conduct a workshop simulating client business proposal scenarios. It goes beyond mere idea generation for goods to pursue the essence of business: "Can we solve the client's problem?" and "Are we accurately grasping their needs?" After the proposal, employees, who are manufacturing professionals, provide direct and strict feedback from the client's perspective, thoroughly articulating the students' potential for growth.
