Hyatt Centric Kanazawa | Peach and Blueberry Summer Afternoon Tea

Hyatt Centric Kanazawa (General Manager: Kazuhiro Matsumoto, Location: Kanazawa, Ishikawa Pref.), a hotel weaving together Kanazawa's traditions and art, will host the 'Peach and Blueberry Summer Afternoon Tea' at its all-day dining restaurant, 'FIVE – Grill & Lounge,' from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), 2026, showcasing luscious peaches and premium large blueberries from Noto.

This unique summer selection includes 10 items, featuring a beautifully decorated roll cake, vibrant cookie sandwiches, and a yogurt bowl combining Earl Grey-marinated peaches with homemade granola. The menu also showcases cheesecake and tarts using large blueberries sourced directly from Hirami Yuki Farm in Noto Town. The popular Peach Melba returns in an upgraded version. Savory items utilize local specialties, such as campagne from Notohibakara Bakery and UCHINADA CHEESE from Uchinada Town.
