The 'Restorative Breakfast' born in Shimbashi finds its next stage in Akasaka

'Samjo' (삼조) is a new brunch brand by the Isseki Sanchou Group, with the name being the Korean translation of 'Isseki Sanchou' (One Stone, Three Birds). It opened in Shimbashi last November. Born under the concept of an 'edible alarm clock,' Samjo has grown into a destination that attracts over 100 visitors every day.

Now, to bring this experience to even more people, we are launching operations in Akasaka.

Menu Offerings

Wagyu Bone Soup (Oxtail Soup) - 1,300 yen We simmer Wagyu oxtail and marrow bones for over eight hours. Beneath the clear mouthfeel lies a definitive richness and a quiet, lingering finish. One spoonful gently relaxes you to your very core. It is a soup that arrives with clarity during your midday break.

Clam White Broth Kalguksu - 1,850 yen Korean-style noodles crafted by layering flavors: chicken paitan, Wagyu dashi, kombu dashi, and dried shiitake dashi. Each flavor spreads quietly. They layer softly in the mouth, balancing aroma, texture, and temperature, becoming more satisfying with every bite. It is a bowl you will find yourself lost in before you know it.

Piercing Wagyu Aroma: 100% Tajima Beef Tteok-galbi (150g) - 2,200 yen Using 100% Tajima beef—meticulously selected for its producer, lineage, fattening period, and feed—we have created a one-of-a-kind Korean-style hamburger steak. The intensity of the meat flavor unique to Tajima beef, the sweetness of the fat, and the harmony between the pleasant aroma and our signature sauce will stir your appetite further. Please enjoy this masterpiece that will make your stomach rejoice. *250g is 3,000 yen

The future of brunch culture as envisioned by the Isseki Sanchou Group

The Isseki Sanchou Group will continue to expand the culture of the 'restorative brunch' across multiple locations.

Furthermore, this challenge will not be limited to Japan.

We will 'reverse-export' the fusion of 'Japanese dashi × Korean nourishment' that we have refined in Japan back to its home in South Korea.
