HUGE Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO: Yoshihiro Shinkawa), which operates restaurants domestically and internationally, centered in Tokyo and Yokohama, will hold a special fair, "TASTE OF “Rigo” HAWAII Signature Dishes from Kapahulu ―Popular Menu from Hawaii's Kapahulu Street 'Rigo' in Fukuoka―" (hereinafter referred to as "TASTE OF “Rigo” HAWAII"), for a limited time from Tuesday, April 28, 2026, to Sunday, June 14, 2026, at "The CRAFT Bar and Grill," a new American restaurant in Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City.

"TASTE OF “Rigo” HAWAII" will be held for the first time in Fukuoka. Chef SHINSUKE, who was involved from the opening at the popular Kapahulu Street restaurant "Rigo SPANISH ITALIAN" in Hawaii, will recreate its menu. During the pleasant season from Golden Week to early summer, you can enjoy a "food experience like traveling to Hawaii" right here in Fukuoka.

In recent years, with the rising cost of living and currency exchange rates making international travel more challenging, there has been a growing demand for enjoying "non-daily" experiences more readily. Against this backdrop, this project proposes a new way to enjoy dining out, where you can experience authentic flavors and ambiance without the need for travel.

The chef in charge of "TASTE OF “Rigo” HAWAII" is SHINSUKE, the Head Chef at "The CRAFT Bar and Grill." He has experience working hands-on from the opening of "Rigo SPANISH ITALIAN" on Kapahulu Street in Hawaii. Based on the skills and sensibilities cultivated there, he expresses "authentic Hawaiian flavors" that go beyond mere reproduction. The major appeal of this project is the ability to experience genuine quality right here in Japan.
