HRBrain 公司(總部:東京都港區/代表取締役 CEO:堀 浩輝,以下稱「本公司」)於「HRBrain 脈衝問卷」中,開始試營運「AI 解決方案提示 β 版」(以下稱「本功能」)。此功能利用生成式 AI 分析過往的回答數據,並提供組織改善的啟示。

開發背景

儘管許多企業導入了脈衝問卷,但「數據已累積卻不知如何解讀」、「無法轉化為具體的改善行動」等課題日益顯現。特別是現場管理者,難以確保分析問卷的時間,導致僅止於確認結果的「問卷形式化」成為常態。

基於此背景,我們開發並試行導入了利用生成式 AI 來支援數據分析及具體行動検討的機制。

功能概要

特點 1:數據推移自動摘要

AI 參考過往的回答數據,自動摘要目前的員工狀態並呈現趨勢。

特點 2:優先課題識別

AI 提取最多三個優先度高的課題,明確需要關注的重點。

特點 3:具體改善行動建議

針對已識別的課題,具體提出「誰」應該做「什麼」,強力支援現場的改善行動執行。

※本功能目前正處於與部分客戶進行試用並進行測試開發的階段。預計將根據使用情況與回饋開發正式版本。
