Howtelevision Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Otonari), which operates the career platform “Gaishishukatsu.com” under the motto “Nurturing talent that can take on the world, creating the future” and pursuing user-first values, will jointly hold the “Asset Management Industry Job Hunting Expo” on Sunday, June 21, 2026, with the Japan Asset Management Association (Principal Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Yoshio Hishida), a general incorporated association that works on self-regulation aimed at balancing investor protection and investor convenience, as well as promoting reform, sophistication, and sound development of the asset management industry.

This will be the second edition of the “Asset Management Industry Job Hunting Expo.” The asset management sector within the financial industry requires high-level expertise in analyzing economic and corporate movements and making investment decisions. Moreover, asset management companies consist not only of front-office departments handling operations but also various departments such as planning, risk management, administrative processing, and auditing. This field carries great social significance, as it manages pensions, insurance, and personal assets, supporting people's lives through stable long-term investment and contributing to society's overall asset formation. This event aims to raise students' awareness of the industry as a whole and deepen their understanding by providing a venue where they can learn directly from professionals about the real appeal and rewards of working in these fields.

On the day, in addition to Special Seminar talk sessions on themes such as “Young Professionals' Careers and Growth” and “Promotion of Women's Success,” a job-hunting seminar will be held for students aspiring to enter the financial industry, offering strategies to achieve their ideal first career. In the Networking Area, participants can deepen their understanding of companies through two-way communication with employees from 12 exhibiting companies.
