After data integration, Looker Studio was introduced as a BI tool. The BI dashboard uses the integrated data as a source, and in addition to visualizing conventionally observed KPIs with BI, new indicators were also added. This enabled accurate management of sales and cost of goods sold for each store, establishing a system for rapid store operation improvement and policy planning.
