This year, a new 'Luxury Grape Parfait Packed with Five Rare Varieties' will debut, along with two types of 'Grape Frappes' that let guests savor the full flavor of grapes. Background
Grapes are a quintessential autumn treat, and Yamanashi Prefecture, where Risonare Yatsugatake is located, has been cultivating grapes for approximately 1,300 years. Today, it boasts the largest grape cultivation area and the highest production volume in Japan.
