The social welfare corporation Kizuna-Yukai (based in Kita-ku, Tokyo) hosts 'Kizuna Shokudo,' an initiative aimed at creating a local community space, on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.

Held three children's cafeteria events in April!

This time, we provided bento boxes donated by Gyoza no Ohsho! Thank you very much. Additionally, we introduced 'seafood curry,' which was highly popular with the children, along with our popular 'Mochiko Chicken.'

→ What is Mochiko Chicken? A local Hawaiian food, it is a fried chicken style dish made with 'mochiko' (sweet rice flour). It features a crispy outside and a moist, chewy texture inside. Next time, we plan to make Hayashi rice, a dish requested by the children. In 2026, we continue to prioritize children's smiles, remaining close to the community to fill both the hearts and stomachs of children!
