Three companies of the Panasonic Homes Group have been certified as "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations 2026" in the "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Certification System" promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

Panasonic Homes Co., Ltd. was certified in the large enterprise category, and two group companies, Natex Co., Ltd., which handles exterior design and construction, and Shoei PanaHome Kumamoto Co., Ltd., an equity-method affiliate that sells and constructs our housing products, were certified in the small and medium-sized enterprise category. The certification period for all companies is from March 10, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

This is the first time that companies in our group have received the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations certification. We will further promote health and productivity management by spreading the initiatives of the certified companies throughout the entire group.

The "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Certification System" was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in fiscal year 2016 as a commendation system for this health management. By "visualizing" organizations that are engaged in excellent health and productivity management, it creates an environment where they can receive social recognition as "companies that manage employee health from a business perspective and strategically implement initiatives" from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions.

Main Initiatives of Each Company Panasonic Homes Co., Ltd. ・Thorough management of working hours by utilizing attendance data, and establishing a comfortable working environment by leveling workloads and promoting planned acquisition of paid leave, thereby curbing long working hours. ・Analyzing departmental issues based on stress check results and improving employee motivation and work engagement through improvement activities tailored to the characteristics of each workplace. ・Supporting employees' health awareness improvement and voluntary behavioral changes by promoting exercise habits and lifestyle improvements through walking events and other activities.

Natex Co., Ltd. ・Promoting employee health and preventing lifestyle-related diseases through online seminars on diet, sleep, and exercise, and walking campaigns. ・Promoting work style reform and work-life balance by encouraging the acquisition of paid leave through refresh leave (5 consecutive days or more) and anniversary leave. ・Promoting internal communication through subsidies for workplace discussions and recreational activities, and information sharing on the intranet.

Shoei PanaHome Kumamoto Co., Ltd. ・Improving workplace health awareness by sharing the agenda of the Safety and Health Committee internally and establishing a system for employees to receive individual health consultations and expert advice. ・Strengthening mental health care and establishing a support system for employees, such as setting up consultation services based on the results of stress checks. ・Promoting employee exercise habits and internal communication by jointly conducting volleyball activities twice a month with group companies.
