Based on a survey conducted with Thomson Reuters Corporation, we will invite guests to explain the changing environment surrounding trade and supply chains and corporate responses in the era of economic security.

In recent years, in addition to conflicts between nations involving military force, moves to leverage economic ties between nations as a "weapon" have become apparent. Thomson Reuters Corporation and KPMG Consulting jointly conducted an actual survey on the initiatives and challenges of companies in this rapidly changing environment and announced the results in the "Geopolitics and Economic Security Risk Survey." This survey revealed that companies are increasingly concerned about environmental changes surrounding overseas business and supply chains.

This seminar will explain the changes in the world, referred to as the era of economic security, and corporate responses, focusing on the impact on trade and supply chains, based on the survey results. As a special lecturer for the keynote speech, we have invited Professor Arata Kuno from Asia University, an expert in trade policy and economic security.

We understand you are busy during this season, but we hope you will take this opportunity to participate and that it will be of assistance to your company's overseas business and supply chain strategies.
