In a turbulent 2026, we will provide a comprehensive overview from the perspective of geopolitical risks, and then delve into practical approaches for next-generation group management and risk control.

Geopolitical risks have become a critical management agenda directly linked to the business continuity, investment decisions, and governance of global companies. On the other hand, there are limitations in both information volume and speed for head offices alone to comprehensively grasp such uncertain and rapidly changing environmental conditions and make timely and appropriate decisions and instructions.

This seminar will provide an overview of the current geopolitical environment and organize the challenges faced by uniform management models led by the head office. Furthermore, it will clarify the importance of shifting to a system where overseas subsidiaries and regional headquarters autonomously grasp risks and take on certain judgments and responses, explaining perspectives for redesigning overseas subsidiary management and regional control functions, and practical measures.

We understand that you are busy during this season, but we hope that you will take this opportunity to participate and that it will be helpful in redesigning your company's overseas subsidiary management system.
