Panasonic Connect's Initiatives
Panasonic Connect aims to remain an attractive company not only to shareholders and business partners but also to all stakeholders, including employees and their families, through various corporate reform initiatives such as those listed below. Here are some examples of these initiatives.
1. Creating Learning Opportunities and Accelerating Talent Growth through CONNECTers' Academy
Under its human resource strategy of "Realizing a Cycle of Organizational and Individual Growth," Panasonic Connect supports the career autonomy and growth of each employee. The core program, "CONNECTers' Academy," offers a variety of measures, including online learning using LinkedIn Learning, English proficiency enhancement programs, opportunities for cross-border learning, and reskilling support for senior employees.
2. "Connect Talent Community Hub": A Talent Community for Gentle, Continuous Connection
Panasonic Connect has built a talent community called "Connect Talent Community Hub" to maintain gentle, continuous connections with individuals who have had past interactions or are interested in Panasonic Connect (alumni, social media followers, those interested through various events, university, technical college, and high school students participating in learning programs, etc.), expanding opportunities for talent exchange and career development. The stimulation generated from interactions with current employees, former employees, and external talent not only enhances individual career awareness but also contributes to the sustainable strengthening of the company's competitiveness.

3. Developing a Workplace Environment Where Diverse Talent Can Thrive
Panasonic Connect positions DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) as one of its key management strategy themes and promotes the creation of an environment where everyone can work with peace of mind.
Specifically, the company is working to make its facilities barrier-free, provide accessible maps that clearly guide users to facilities and pathways, introduce automatic doors with facial recognition to improve convenience for wheelchair users, and install calm-down rooms to help people relax.
In addition, the company is promoting an environment where employees with diverse backgrounds can work comfortably, including English signage and pictograms that accommodate non-Japanese employees, and the provision of halal food.
Through these initiatives, Panasonic Connect aims to reduce physical and psychological barriers and foster an inclusive corporate culture where each individual can maximize their potential.

4. Enhancing Engagement and Corporate Understanding through Family Day
Panasonic Connect values the relationships with the people employees care about, including their families and partners, not just the employees themselves.
"Family Day" is an initiative where employees invite their families and partners to the office to experience the business and work environment firsthand.
Held at various locations such as Kanagawa (Yokohama), Osaka (Kyobashi/Kadoma/Toyonaka), Hyogo (Kobe), and Fukuoka, the event strengthens the connection between the company and families through content and experiential activities that deepen employees' understanding of their work.
