Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. At this exhibition, the Company will introduce new FA solutions that realize the evolution of equipment together with customers, centered on the three values of Speedy, Simple, and Suitable, under the concept of "Machine Evolution Partner." This will include new servo motor products compatible with industrial networks and a lineup of motion control products.
Regarding the new products, the venue will feature live demonstrations and lineup displays of "MINAS A7BRT (Pressure Control Compatible)," a specialized type for applications within the "EtherCAT Compatible Servo Amplifier MINAS A7B Series" that meets the needs of advanced manufacturing sites, and new models of the "Low-Inertia Compact Servo Motor MSMG Series."

1. Pressure Control Compatible AC Servo Amplifier "MINAS A7BRT" (MINAS A7B Series EtherCAT Compatible)
- Achieves high-speed response and high-precision pressure control by directly inputting pressure sensor signals into the amplifier.
By directly inputting analog signals from sensors etc. into the servo amplifier, the analog unit on the controller side, which was conventionally required, becomes unnecessary. By performing full-closed control completed within the amplifier, highly responsive and smooth control is achieved, independent of the controller cycle.
- Improves yield and enhances quality.
High-speed feedback of pressure sensor signals prevents "over-pressing" onto the workpiece. Since pressure can be constantly controlled even in environments where the load fluctuates, it contributes to a significant improvement in manufacturing quality and yield.

By eliminating analog units and enabling amplifier-integrated control, the complex hardware configuration and the controller's control program can be dramatically simplified.
