Panasonic Cycle Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Panasonic Cycle Technology) sponsors the 'Regional Support Idea Connect' organized by the RESAS Utilization Education Promotion Committee. For 'Regional Support Idea Connect 2025,' which targeted junior and senior high school students nationwide, ideas for 'new bicycles and bicycle-related services' that create new value in the region were solicited. In the 2025 fiscal year, six schools selected from 102 initial ideas advanced to the final judging.
The final judging was held on March 14 (Saturday) at the company's headquarters in Kashiwara, Osaka, combining real and online participation. Ultimately, 'Mamo-Chari,' proposed by Saitama Municipal Omiya International Secondary Education School, which aims to solve issues for child-rearing generations, received the grand prize, highly evaluated for its data-driven analysis and high feasibility involving bicycle retailers.
Panasonic Cycle Technology will continue to actively support career education, aligning with the spirit of the 'Period for Integrated Studies' established by the revised curriculum guidelines, to enable each junior and senior high school student to become a creator of the future.
