<Our Initiatives>
1. "Kenko-bito" (Health Person) Relay Messages (Communication Activation)
We conduct "Kenko-bito Relay Messages," where individuals ranging from executive-level staff to general employees share their personal health-related initiatives and thoughts on the company portal site.
This initiative began in 2023, primarily with executives, and expanded in 2025 to include general employees at each location. With over 10,000 cumulative views over two years, it has contributed to raising health awareness and establishing food education within the company.
2. Lifestyle Habit Surveys
Aiming to prevent obesity among employees, we conduct surveys twice a year regarding diet and exercise habits—information that cannot be fully captured through standard health checkup questionnaires. These surveys are created in collaboration with industrial physicians and nursing staff.
The analysis results are shared on the company portal site, providing each employee with an opportunity to reflect on their lifestyle habits. As a result, we have seen year-over-year improvements in dietary habits, such as "chewing well and eating slowly" and "reducing intake of oily foods."
3. Food Education Seminars
We regularly hold online food education seminars led by registered dietitians from the health insurance association.
The format allows participation regardless of whether employees are working at the office or remotely, and we provide access to archived videos for later viewing, thereby fostering continuous improvement in food literacy.
In post-seminar surveys, over 92% of respondents in each session have indicated that there is "something specific they would like to try implementing." Many have shared feedback regarding practical tips, and we have consistently confirmed the effectiveness of these seminars in raising health awareness and driving behavioral change.
As a result of these initiatives, 83% of employees responded in the 2025 fiscal year employee awareness survey that "the company provides the necessary awareness, opportunities, and support for the health promotion of its employees."
Through the development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive equipment, we aim to create a sustainable mobility society to realize a better life for every customer. To achieve this, it is essential to build a workplace environment where our group employees are physically and mentally healthy, can fully demonstrate their capabilities with vitality, and can work together as the best team. Realizing this also leads to the sustainable growth of the company.
We will continue to engage in organizational health promotion efforts aimed at maintaining and improving the physical and mental health of our employees and their families.
■ About the "Excellent Corporation for Shokuiku Practices Commendation System"
Amidst the growing trend of food externalization, convenience-oriented eating, and a decrease in vegetable and fruit intake among young people, the disorder of adult eating habits has become apparent. As there is a need to promote "adult food education," including for young people who will lead the future society, this system commends companies that provide healthy meals and implement and evaluate initiatives aimed at improving the dietary habits of their employees.
