Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture (Mayor: Kunihiko Oshiba) will hold the 'Hokuto Exchange Event ~ Let your dog play to its heart's content on the Kiyosato Plateau at an altitude of 1,000m! ~' on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the pension 'Grandeur' on the Kiyosato Plateau. The event aims to foster a relaxed community formation and exchange among local residents, migrants, and potential migrants.

With concerns about intense heat in urban areas before the full summer season, the event provides a place to experience the 'rich life with a pet' in Hokuto City, known for its cool climate, and to casually discuss concerns and life in the region.
