HJ Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Ryotaro Itaya, hereinafter referred to as "Themiss"), a company engaged in supporting campus contest operations and live streaming auditions, into its group.

Furthermore, with this group integration, Mr. Shunichi Yoda, Mr. Takahiro Sekine, and Mr. Koji Kuroishi will newly assume positions as Directors of Themiss, further strengthening the management system.

Background and Objectives of Group Integration HJ has established a solid brand and track record in the teen market, primarily targeting junior high and high school students, through businesses such as "TGC teen," entertainment, music production, and publishing.

On the other hand, Themiss possesses high expertise and talent discovery capabilities specialized for university students through its support for campus contest operations and live streaming auditions.
