(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter 'HIS') has concluded agreements for employee dispatch to Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, and Kyonan Town, Chiba Prefecture, under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' 'Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur System*1', and for employee dispatch to Ibaraki City Tourism Association, Kansai Tourism Bureau, and Hyogo Tourism Bureau through public-private personnel exchange*2.

**[Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture]** Matsusaka City, located almost in the center of Mie Prefecture, is a city boasting abundant nature and world-renowned 'Matsusaka Beef,' as well as historical heritage such as 'Gojoban Yashiki (Samurai Residences).' The employee dispatched from HIS will leverage their business expertise to contribute to disseminating the city's charm both domestically and internationally using its tourism resources effectively, and to expanding visitor numbers, working towards realizing 'Matsusaka, a city you want to visit.'

**[Kyonan Town, Awa-gun, Chiba Prefecture]** Facing Tokyo Bay on the Boso Peninsula, Kyonan Town is blessed with the nature of Satoyama and Satoumi, and boasts rich tourism resources such as 'Mount Nokogiri' and 'Roadside Station Hota Elementary School.' The employee dispatched from HIS will work on devising new tourism policies aimed at promoting nighttime economy and increasing accommodation guests during off-peak seasons.

**[Ibaraki City Tourism Association]** Ibaraki City, which has prospered in industry and culture since ancient times, promotes 'community development' through tourism promotion, possessing cultural heritage such as the Koriyama-shuku Honjin (inn) and tourist facilities like the Yasunari Kawabata Literature Museum and the Christian Relics Museum. This time, building on the achievements of our already dispatched employees, such as sales activities to tourist facilities, bus tour creation, and collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a comprehensive cooperation agreement was concluded between Ibaraki City, Ibaraki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and our company (HIS), with the aim of mutual collaboration and cooperation in tourism promotion and regional revitalization. **Biography of Dispatched Employee ①** Yoichiro Fujiwara (Former affiliation: Overseas Individual Travel Sales Division Sales Promotion Group) Joined the company in 2001. After serving as sales office manager in the Kansai/Shikoku area, he worked as a group leader in the promotion department of the Kansai Sales Division and Overseas Individual Travel Sales Division.

**Biography of Dispatched Employee ②** Hiromi Myojin (Former affiliation: Kansai Sales Division Kansai Planning & Creation Group Long-term Planning Team) Joined the company in 2009. Engaged for many years in product planning for the European region and bus tour planning for the Kansai area within the Kansai Sales Division.

In addition, employees were newly dispatched to the 'Kansai Tourism Bureau,' which covers the 2 prefectures and 8 prefectures of Kansai, and the 'Hyogo Tourism Bureau,' which is responsible for tourism promotion throughout Hyogo Prefecture.
