THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Kashikojima, operated by Hiramatsu Inc., will celebrate its 10th anniversary on July 15, 2026. To express gratitude for the past decade, the hotel has launched a special anniversary stay plan created from staff ideas, featuring a commemorative dinner prepared by its chefs, wine pairings selected by sommeliers, and gifts that capture the appeal of Ise-Shima. The special dinner is supervised by Executive Chef Masato Imamura, who has led the kitchen since the hotel opened in 2016 after honing his French culinary skills at Hiramatsu restaurants in Tokyo and Paris. The course brings together signature dishes from the past 10 years, including selections featuring Matsusaka beef, abalone, and Ise lobster, chosen from dishes that received especially strong responses from both guests and staff. The aperitif includes vintage Champagne from 2016, the year the hotel opened. Guests can also enjoy sommelier-selected wine pairings alongside the decade-long culinary story of the property. Guests booking this plan will receive a curated local souvenir set, including dedication rice from farmers trusted by Chef Imamura and hand cream made with water from the Isuzu River, which flows through Ise Jingu. Built around the concept of a “restaurant where guests can stay,” the hotel offers four warm, wood-rich rooms in the main building and four annex rooms with semi-open-air hot spring baths, providing tailored hospitality for each guest. The Kashikojima-exclusive plan, “A Stay to Enjoy a 10th Anniversary Dinner and Toast / Dinner and Breakfast Included,” is available from July 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Rates start from JPY 110,000 per person based on double occupancy, including consumption tax and bathing tax, with prices varying by room type. The plan includes a 10th anniversary dinner course, Western breakfast, wine pairing including 2016 vintage Champagne, and original non-alcoholic drinks. Ise lobster is generally available from around October to April, as the closed fishing season runs from May to September; during the closed season, seasonal abalone will be served instead.
