Four Original Limited-Edition Cocktails to Re-experience Ryuichi Sakamoto's Music
A special collaboration to be savored with music, expressing the beautiful worlds of famous songs and albums within a glass.
BTTB (Be-Tee-Bee) ¥2,200 (tax included)
Inspired by the album "BTTB," created as a return to origins, this cocktail is a reinterpretation of the "Old Fashioned," considered the origin of cocktails. Using "SUNTORY WHISKY Ao" as its base, it is infused with the aroma of sage, which Sakamoto is said to have favored, expressing the refined beauty that lies beyond reduction in the work.
Chanson ¥3,700 (tax included)
This cocktail expresses the delicate modulation structure of the song "Chanson" using a Bellini based on the prestigious Champagne "Bollinger." Rose syrup slowly dissolves from the bottom of the glass, gradually infusing the aroma and sweetness as you drink. This change evokes the composition of the song, where the melody evolves through repeated modulations.
Rain ¥2,000 (tax included)
This cocktail expresses the sparse melody and spaciousness of "Rain," a piece from the film "The Last Emperor." Shochu is used as the base to create a sense of expansive air, while Kweichow-fu liquor evokes the emotions reminiscent of the film's setting. The tartness of yuzu represents the hint of rain, and blue curaçao adds a touch of coolness, creating a dramatic cocktail.
Energy Flow ¥2,000 (tax included)
An alcohol-free cocktail inspired by the unique pauses in the famous song "Energy Flow." The gentle aroma of chamomile calms the mind, and the rising carbonation bubbles express the sensation of quiet strength filling you from within. It is a drink that allows you to find your own rhythm and breathe in an urban oasis.
Limited Edition Collaboration Original Design Coasters
These are limited-edition original coasters (two types in total) for the collaboration, inspired by the record design of the EP 7-inch analog record "An edition for the KAGAMI+ RED 2026," a benefit of the "KAGAMI+" RED TICKET.
*The start date of availability will be announced later on the hotel's official website.

<Every Sunday Limited> "RYUICHI SAKAMOTO DAY" to Enjoy Mesmerizing Music and Visuals
Every Sunday, the live video screening event "RYUICHI SAKAMOTO DAY" will be held.
Precious footage of Sakamoto's legendary live performances and piano solo concerts will be screened on the venue's large monitors. Surrounded by pleasant music in a stylish space, you can spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with the collaboration cocktails.
This event is recommended not only as an after-bar time following a viewing of "KAGAMI+" at "VS." but also as a weekend musical experience.
Main Live Video Works Scheduled for Screening
On "RYUICHI SAKAMOTO DAY" every Sunday, three precious live performance and concert videos tracing Ryuichi Sakamoto's career will be screened.
・Ryuichi Sakamoto PERFORMANCE IN NEW YORK: async (1 hour 10 minutes / 2018)
A live movie capturing the performance held by the globally active musician Ryuichi Sakamoto in New York in 2017. Sakamoto, diagnosed with oropharyngeal cancer in 2014 and having undergone a year of treatment, released his first original album in eight years, "async," in the spring of 2017. To commemorate the album's release, he held a two-day live performance at the Park Avenue Armory in New York. The footage of this exclusive live event, with only 100 audience members per performance, was directed by Steven Nomura Shible, co-producer of "Lost in Translation" and director of Sakamoto's documentary "Ryuichi Sakamoto: CODA."
・Ryuichi Sakamoto "Trio Tour 2011 in Europe" (1 hour 20 minutes / 2011)
A video work released in 2012, available on Blu-ray and DVD. It features recordings from concerts in Hamburg and Karlsruhe, Germany, during the autumn 2011 European tour with pianist Ryuichi Sakamoto, cellist Jacques Morelenbaum, and violinist Judy Kang. Many songs not included in the piano trio album "three," recorded after this tour, are featured. Notably, "Aria for Oppenheimer" from the opera "LIFE" is a rare performance, making this recording particularly valuable.
・Ryuichi Sakamoto "Playing the Piano for the Isolated 04022020" (1 hour 41 minutes / 2020)
A re-edited video work based on "Playing the Piano 04022020," which was freely streamed in Japan on April 2, 2020. To deliver music to people around the world facing isolation and anxiety during the pandemic, it was streamed globally for free as "Playing the Piano for the Isolated."
