Announcement Regarding the Acquisition of Tokai Service Center Co., Ltd. as a Subsidiary

Sakai Moving Center Co., Ltd. (Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture: Representative Director and President Tetsuyasu Tajima, hereinafter referred to as "Sakai Moving Center") announced that on March 30, 2026, it acquired all shares of Tokai Service Center Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director and President Koichi Inada), a major business partner that provides services primarily in the electrical contracting industry, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This initiative is part of the company group's mid-to-long-term growth strategy, aimed at strengthening peripheral service areas that have high affinity with the moving business. Tokai Service Center has a nationwide franchise network for electrical and facility-related services, and high synergy is expected with various needs that arise before and after moving (e.g., electrical work, equipment installation, maintenance). Through this acquisition, we will combine Sakai Moving Center's customer base and Tokai Service Center's service network to expand value-added services incidental to moving and maximize revenue opportunities.
