Hexagon Installs High-Precision Measurement System "Presto Optium" at Universiti Teknologi MARA in Collaboration with NAICO Malaysia

In April 2026, Hexagon (HQ: Sweden), in cooperation with the National Aerospace Industry Corporation Malaysia (NAICO Malaysia), completed the installation of the "Presto Optium" high-precision measurement system at the MyAERO Associate Lab, located within the Smart Manufacturing Research Institute at Universiti Teknologi MARA in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

This system supports simulation and R&D in the aerospace sector, contributing to improvements in precision, efficiency, and quality.

The installation provides the MyAERO Associate Lab with advanced measurement and simulation capabilities, strengthening support for high-precision aerospace engineering, research, and manufacturing. This initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to technological advancement and the growth of Malaysia's aerospace ecosystem.
