HENNGE K.K. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazuhiro Ogura) announced today, April 1, 2026, the full revamp and official launch of its user community platform "chameleon." The company aims to enrich the information provided to users of its cloud security service "HENNGE One" and to realize individually customized information proposals. Moving forward, HENNGE will also work on expanding services to include educational content and learning functions for customers.

The number of HENNGE One users has been increasing year by year, reaching 2.8 million contract users in FY2025, an increase of 305,000 from the previous year, and achieving an ARR of 10 billion yen. In response, the number of chameleon users, which started in 2020, saw its largest growth last year, surpassing 2,000 users in 2026. Customer needs are also diversifying, requiring personalized content and information for individuals and organizations.

Therefore, HENNGE has newly adopted a product from Gainsight, a U.S. company that develops a global Customer-Led Growth platform. Concurrently, scattered customer data will be centrally managed and visualized on Gainsight's new platform.

Enhancing the "Experience" in the Community

At chameleon, as before, real voices obtained from the community will be promptly fed back into product development and service improvement, pursuing a system that supports customer success across the entire organization.

In addition to revamping the community site, preparations are complete to sequentially expand functions that further enhance customer convenience in chameleon, with Gainsight at its core. The goal is to understand each customer's "usage status" and "what they are currently seeking" through data insights, and to provide personalized, optimal information at the optimal timing. Furthermore, the company is considering offering learning functions that enable each customer to acquire optimal knowledge and skills.

As a first step, the following functions have been implemented, and the full-scale provision of individual customer value is planned to commence in FY2027.

Dramatic acceleration of "self-resolution" with integrated search: An integrated search function has been implemented, allowing simultaneous searching of articles within the community and the help center. Filtering is also possible, enabling users to reach desired information without hesitation.

System to capitalize on "user knowledge": A "Best Answer System" has been introduced to evaluate useful answers. This builds an autonomous ecosystem where know-how resolved by users is appropriately accumulated, accelerating problem-solving for other customers.

A place for "deep dialogue" without noise: The community adopts a structure that divides topics into "rooms." This allows focused discussions on specific technical issues or operational know-how in a low-noise environment.

Information aggregation to avoid missing "learning opportunities": Upcoming events and past archives are listed, strongly supporting the acquisition of important information and skills.

While the new platform has officially commenced operation, existing chameleon users have been sequentially guided to migrate to the new site since early March 2026.
