Echigo Tekkosho to Expand and Relocate Headquarters and Factory Near Nagaoka IC; Floor Space Increases 1.5x to Strengthen Integrated FA Equipment Production

Echigo Tekkosho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagaoka, Niigata; CEO: Katsuki Oishi), a subsidiary of Prossel Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Niigata City, Niigata; CEO: Kazuki Yokoyama) specializing in hardware development and custom manufacturing of 'oshikatsu' (fandom) merchandise, announces that it will relocate and consolidate its headquarters and factory to an area near the Nagaoka Interchange (IC) in March 2026 to accommodate business growth.

With this relocation, the floor space will increase to 1.5 times the current size. By owning its production base, the company will strengthen its integrated production system for large-scale equipment and enable long-term capital investment and technological development. We remain committed to advancing as a startup rooted in the Niigata and Nagaoka region.

■ Background of the Relocation: 1.5x Floor Space and Strengthened FA Equipment Production

Founded in 2018 as a startup originating from the National Institute of Technology, Nagaoka College, our company handles a wide range of hardware development, including 3D printing, large-scale custom equipment, and contract development of small electronic devices.

We are actively engaged in fundamental research, such as the successful research and development of the 'Japan's smallest cycloid reducer,' and are currently moving into the commercialization phase.

Furthermore, in recent years, we have expanded our business into the B2C sector, developing a custom manufacturing business for fandom merchandise. By applying 'electrochemical machining' technology—which CEO Oishi researched while at college—we have succeeded in expressing smooth textures that were previously impossible to achieve using metal 3D printers alone. We create unique value by providing high-quality, small-lot, high-variety custom goods to influencers and IP holders.

In light of this business expansion, we have decided to relocate our headquarters and factory to an area near the Nagaoka Interchange starting in March 2026. This move increases our floor space by 1.5 times, allowing us to handle the assembly and design of larger machinery in-house. Additionally, by owning the facility, we are now positioned to make capital investments and pursue technological development from a more long-term perspective.
