Housekeeping Service Bears Forms Business Alliance with Takara Standard, Japan's No. 1 Kitchen Shareholder

Bears Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nihonbashi-Hamacho, Chuo-ku; President: Takeshi Takahashi; hereinafter 'Bears'), which celebrates its 27th year since its founding in October 1999, has entered into a business alliance with Takara Standard Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Joto-ku, Osaka; President: Osamu Komori; hereinafter 'Takara Standard'), a housing equipment manufacturer known for its system kitchens and baths that feature high-grade enamel technology, durability, and ease of cleaning.

Through this partnership, Bears will provide the services for 'saikou!', a new housekeeping service launched by Takara Standard. The service will be available to visitors of Takara Standard showrooms starting April 1, 2026 (Wednesday), in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.

In January 2025, Takara Standard established the 'Business Development Headquarters' to create new value beyond its core housing equipment business by leveraging assets cultivated over its 110-year history. 'saikou!' is a cooking and cleaning service aimed at making post-renovation life more comfortable, starting from the showroom experience.

In this service, Takara Standard, which has built relationships with customers during the renovation process, will act as the service window, while Bears' housekeeping staff will perform the actual services.

Service staff will undergo prior training on Takara Standard products and proper maintenance methods before providing services.

'saikou!' is scheduled to launch in April 2026 at a total of eight showrooms in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.
