Digital Tickets Now Available on 'HH cross TOWNS' Smartphone App Starting Today

Hankyu Hanshin Holdings and Hanshin Electric Railway have launched a service today (April 1) that allows users to purchase digital tickets using QR codes (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Planning Tickets") via the smartphone app "HH cross TOWNS," which provides convenient services useful for outings along the Hankyu Hanshin lines.

"HH cross TOWNS" is a service where users can purchase digital tickets for buses and facilities operated by the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group, as well as receive information on cafes, shopping, and leisure along the Hankyu Hanshin lines.

With the launch of this service, in addition to the various functions previously available, users can now purchase Digital Planning Tickets in advance via the app without using cash and board trains without a physical ticket.

Note: To use this service, registration for the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group's common ID "HH cross ID" and the payment function "HH cross PAY" is required.

The overview of the service is as follows:

【HH cross ID】

This is an ID designed for convenient use of various services provided by the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group, with the range of target services currently expanding. With this ID, customers can seamlessly use various services of our group with a single ID. Furthermore, by utilizing HH cross ID for One-to-One marketing—proposing products tailored to customer preferences across the group—and for the development of new products and services, we aim to further improve customer satisfaction.

2. Digital Planning Tickets Starting Sale on HH cross TOWNS

(1) Kobe Holiday (Hanshin/Kousoku Wide Edition) [HH cross TOWNS Edition]

・Valid Section: Allows boarding and alighting twice between any stations on the Hanshin Railway (Ashiya to Motomachi) and Kobe Rapid Transit Railway (Motomachi to Nishidai/Minatogawa).

・Sales Period: Saturday, April 4, 2026, to Sunday, March 28, 2027

・Validity Period:

Any single day within 14 days of purchase on days when the Saturday/Holiday schedule applies between April 4, 2026, and March 28, 2027.

*However, the final usage date is Sunday, March 28, 2027.

・Price: 500 yen (tax included)

(2) Kobe Holiday (Hanshin/Kousoku Mini Edition) [HH cross TOWNS Edition]

・Valid Section: Allows boarding and alighting twice between any stations on the Hanshin Railway (Oishi to Motomachi) and Kobe Rapid Transit Railway (Motomachi to Nishidai/Minatogawa).

・Sales Period: Saturday, April 4, 2026, to Sunday, March 28, 2027

・Validity Period:

Any single day within 14 days of purchase on days when the Saturday/Holiday schedule applies between April 4, 2026, and March 28, 2027.

*However, the final usage date is Sunday, March 28, 2027.

・Price: 400 yen (tax included)

(3) Hankyu Hanshin 1day Pass [HH cross TOWNS Edition]

・Valid Section: Unlimited boarding and alighting on all Hankyu Railway, Hanshin Railway, and Kobe Rapid Transit lines.

・Sales Period: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, to Wednesday, March 31, 2027

・Validity Period:

Any single day within 3 months of purchase between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027.

*However, for purchases made on or after February 2, 2027, the final usage date is April 30, 2027.

・Price: 1,600 yen (tax included)
